For Written Critiques and or Live Pitches: >>

  • This refund will be bundled with the above if cancelled PRIOR to Monday July 22.
  • As a courtesy to our Industry Experts, there will be no refunds on Written Critiques or Pitches for cancellations AFTER Monday July 22.
  • Note: There will be no refunds (or extended deadlines) for missed manuscript submission deadlines or for incomplete or late submissions for Written Critiques.
  • Note: There will be no refunds (or extended deadlines) for missing your Live Pitch time slot (including if you are having technical difficulties on your end, so it is critical you test your equipment and Zoom connections before the Pitchfest starts as we will not have time during the event to assist you with that).

Should an emergency arise after the final cancellation date please contact Regional Advisor Rebecca Langston-George (cencal-ra@scbwi.org) to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
