By registering for this conference, you confirm that you have read and agree to the policies below.

General Admission

General Admission to this conference is open for both Members and Non-Members (Preview Members). The ticket includes 7 sessions, four of them choices of breakouts. Breakouts can be presentations, workouts and intensivs. The ticket also includes participation in all special opportunities of this conference: Scrawl and Scribble Crawl, Luncheon Roulette, Portfolio Showcase, Sliding Door Pitch, Draw it! Challenge, Socials, Peer Critiques, and a 1-year free subscription to the Indi-Author Magazine.

Costs

Costs for the Europolitan Conference includes Saturday Morning coffee/tea break with snacks & fruit, Saturday Lunch, Saturday afternoon coffee/tea break with cake/sweet snacks, 2x 0.2l soft drinks and unlimited water. Sunday Morning coffee/tea break with sweet and savory snacks, fruit, 2x 0.2l soft drinks and unlimited water. Meals provided by the Venue.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund offered through September 5th 2024. 50% refund offered through September 26th, 2024. Full refund for Critiques/Reviews offered through September 26th, 2024, if the space is re-filled. No refunds going forward from September 27th, 2024. All refunds subject to a €35 administrative processing fee.

Dietary Limitations

We will prompt you for your dietary restrictions when sending out the final confirmation of your successful booking. If your dietary limitation are serious allergies/sensitivities or strict food preferences, you may need to provide your own food during the event. Because the costs associated with meals are built into registration fees, we are unable to provide refunds for unused meals.
