Colleen recently served as co-regional advisor for the San Francisco North & East Bay chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) and as a committee member of the Bay Area Women in Publishing (BAWiP). When she's not up to her eyeballs in books and websites, Colleen is a roadtripper, cliff jumper, skydiver, and former roller derby girl who enjoys writing mysteries, fantasies, and heists.
