Martha Brockenbrough

is the founder of National Grammar Day and author both fiction and nonfiction for young people. Her YA novel THE GAME OF LOVE AND DEATH won numerous prizes and was a finalist for the Kirkus Prize. Her MG novel TO CATCH A THIEF won the Sid Fleishman award. Her works range from picture books and her chapter book series starting with FRANK AND THE BAD SURPRISE to nonfiction titles like FUTURE TENSE about the rise of artificial intelligence. Former co-chair of the Vermont College of Fine Arts MFA program in writing for children and young adults, she runs writing retreats and provides consultation services and can be found at

Ally Braithwaite Condie

is author of the NY Times bestseller MATCHED young adult series, the Edgar award finalist MG SUMMERLOST, and numerous other works ranging from her HERE I CAN BE MINDFUL picture book to her new Reese’s Book Club pick cozy mystery for adults, THE UNWEDDING. Yamile Saied Méndez

is author of may books for young people and adults including the Reese’s Book Club pick and Pura Bélpre Young Adult Gold Medalist FURIA. Her works run the gamut from her picture book WHERE ARE YOU FROM to her novels for adults, including TWICE A QUINCEÑERA. She grew up in Rosario, Argentina and originally taught herself English with a Spanish/English dictionary. Her books’ accolades include Junior Library Guild Gold Standard, Whitney Award, Cybils Award, Américas Award, Bank Street Spanish Book Awards, among others.
