Directions for LIVE Dummy Pitches
The SCBWI-IN team will notify you of your pitch session time by December 1st at the latest and provide a Zoom link.
On event day, please arrive 3-5 minutes early to the virtual meeting. A volunteer will direct you to your breakout room with the faculty when it is your session time. If you signed up for multiple live pitches/critiques, please leave the meeting after each session and return for your next time slot.
For live dummy pitches or AD mini-critiques, you must submit your materials via the upload link by November 8th at the latest. We highly encourage you to submit them immediately after registration. You can sign up for as many live pitch sessions as you’d like! There is no limit!
All faculty except for editor Karen Boss and Deeba Zargarpur will open to submissions after the event. Submission information will be provided by December 10th, 2024.
