Join us at the SCBWI Spa Retreat in November to carve some time for your craft and meet like minded people.
The retreat takes place 1h40 from Brussels, 2 hours from Luxembourg, and 3 hours from Amsterdam at the Radisson BLU Balmoral Hotel in Spa. Please let us know if you'd like to carpool, we can help. It's a great way to get to know each other.

The special negotiated rate for you below includes:
Double room to share: €201 per person if you room with another writer/illustrator
Single room: €314
- 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) in a luxurious hotel
- 2 breakfasts eat as much as you want
- 1 dinner all together (3 courses menu)
- Access to the sauna, hammam and swimming pool at the hotel Balmoral Wellness Center
- A glass of sparkling wine on arrival (so we get to know each other)
You can share the room with another member to get the cost down.

Usual schedule
Work as much as you'd like surrounded by the autumn woods, meet for meals if you wish to exchange tips and get to know each other. You can go for long walks, or hit the spa in search of inspiration. Try it once and you'll be back each year!
