Session 4 - Interactive Workshop: Focus, Focus, Hocus Pocus!

This interactive course is designed for all creatives in the kidlit-sphere and beyond with a special focus on those who face challenges with focus and consistency, particularly those with ADHD. Learn how the brain uses dopamine to maintain focus, explore common obstacles to staying on track, and practice strategies to overcome them. Participants will learn how to establish a flexible routine, protect their creative time, and maintain progress on longer projects. A recording of this session will be available for 30day after the session.
