Welcome to SCBWI International Central
The International Central Region (ICR) is a virtual region made up of SCBWI members in more than 60 countries around the world that do not have a local SCBWI chapter. The ICR has a regular newsletter, blog and periodic free online programs planned by Elisabeth Norton, who acts as Regional Advisor.
